You can talk about what you want. I set up a few general categories, but actual topics are up to you. If it doesn't fit, just put it under the "General Freediocy" heading. As more topics become needed, I'll set 'em up.

Simple rules:

1. Trading vs. selling. This is not ebay. I don't use my site for profit, so I really don't want other people to do so. In kind trades, blanks+postage deals, or straightforward gifts are fine. If you ask for money or link to your latest auction, I'm deleting your post.

2. I'm not getting sued. Nothing commercially available.

3.Language. Go ahead! Swear up a storm! I do request, however, that you keep words such as "kewl" to a minimum. I can't stand that crap.

Other guidelines:

The board can be read without joining, but you must be a member to post. This is very easy to do--just follow the links from the main board page. Note: to stay logged in, post, and alter your profile, you must accept the cookies from this site. They're perfectly harmless--they just let the board know you're a member.

Privacy: I'm not going to use your information for any nefarious purpose. I won't sell your emails or anything like that. The absolute most I'd do--and I very seriously doubt I'd do even this--is send the members of the board an email about something site-related.

I don't have plans to lay down too many more rules. If it becomes necessary, I will, but my basic view here is: I'm not your mom.
