Greetings, poor soul. In what I'm sure is only the latest link in a chain of misfortunes, you have stumbled onto Adair Iacono's home page. Why, you may ask, is it called "Dewey's Wet Kingdom"? Well, someday you may have a sweet and lovable but tragically incontinent cat, and you too may want to pay him homage. Or maybe I'm just weird. Most likely the latter.

Though Dewey can no longer be considered my cat--he's running things in the 'Ckoff while practicality demands that my yardless life involve another cat--he is nonetheless an excellent beast who continues to make journeys home on NJT worthwhile. So this page will remain a monument to him, the heroic cat with an Achilles bladder.

Actually, a lot of this page has become a monument, period--I haven't updated the "about me" or Hall of Petty Outrages pages in eons, and only a brave soul would try to get anywhere via my links page. But Adairdevil.com, where my blog and a lot of photos live, as well as this domain's Freedy pages, are all maintained. The rest will come along or fade away over the summer er, autumn. Or winter. I dunno. Someday.

This used to read: "If you have comments or suggestions, email me at ahiacono@princeton.edu", but now I have decided to drop the pretense of wanting "comments or suggestions." I want praise--glowing, unabashed, immoderate PRAISE. The web in general has very little to do with fact or with the sacrifice of ego; I see no reason for my page to be the exception.
